The 2012 Symposium will be sponsored on May 5th in cooperation with the Ken-Caryl Historical Society, who will host the event. For a little something different, after three years of celebrating the county’s 150th birthday, we are taking a more modern look at local history.
Meet us at 8:30 at the Ken-Caryl Ranch House for coffee and a program focused on the post-World War II period and historic preservation. Keynote speaker is Diane Wray Tomasso, who will discuss Post-War Jefferson County. If you’d like to reserve lunch, cost is $10; otherwise the event is free. RSVP to Dennis Dempsey, 303.271.8734 or email ddempsey@jeffco.us by FRIDAY APRIL 27th!!
Afternoon tours will be offered to historic places in the Ken-Caryl area.
The Ranch House is located at7676 S. Continental Divide Road, Littleton, CO 80127. Please see the 9th Annual Symposium Agenda and Registration for more details on this event and to send in the registration form.
