This boulder, near the top of the Lariat Trail at Wildcat Point, was placed to honor "Cement Bill," who built this challenging 5-mile stretch up Lookout Mountain in 1913. Note: In 2011, the boulder was moved from Wildcat Point to a location at the edge of the Buffalo Bill Museum parking lot, overlooking the Lariat Trail.
